Shadow Stock: for stores without inventory data
No stock reports? No problem.
With Shadow Stock, Smart Supply estimates store inventory levels using order and sales data, so even non-EDI-enabled stores can be replenished intelligently.
How it works:
- Inventory is assumed depleted until a sale + replenishment happens
- From that point, the stock is incrementally reconstructed
- Over time, the shadow stock becomes increasingly accurate
This means more stores can be added to your ecosystem, without extra IT effort. And you still maintain control with manual adjustments where needed.
PO Forecasts: one view to see it all

With our enhanced Smart PO Forecast, you can now:
